Again, with the change from old accountants to new accountants was a very extensive process. I run 4 companies and i first hand know that process. I know that Chris isn't making any excuses. Not only are the shareholders waiting for financials. So are the banks. There is alot going on behind the scenes. All i can say is Chris and Tim are hard working honest business men. They are doing their best at getting everything complete.
