So if you haven't been through a reverse split before they charge you for what is called a reorganization fee. Not sure if others were refunded but I checked this morning and there was a reversal for the organization fee I have it in two separate accounts. Maybe E-Trade caught wind of the stinky shit coming from this ticker and was like we can't respectably charge people for this scam
