I have a few guesses...like any business there are operating costs involved. They need some juice to keep the monkey clashing the cymbals together. If they are opening up new offices they may need $ 40K for fix up's , computer and phone systems, inspections, leases, flights, who knows ??? Time to pay the credit card bill? Or a partner wants cash up front...anything and everything is possible all we have is our imaginations right now
