First let me say that I'm in on a speculative play but at the moment CKYS is a one trick pony, revenue wise. The majority of their $25m revenues ($23M from government contract so far) have already been realised in the interim period up to September 2006 and so we need to see new contracts being ratified and not just news of potential contracts.

CKYS has explosive potential but potential needs to be converted into solid contracts/revenues!
