Thanks very much for contacting us.

In reference with the last Reg-A amendment filed on Jun 3, the most relevant changes were:

1) We updated the offering with the last 10-K financials.

2) We also updated the Outstanding Shares and recalculate the potential dilution for the investors in our offering.

3) We excluded the acquisition of Swisslink in the use of the funds, because we are planning to complete this acquisition without using funds from our Reg-A.

4) We also excluded the name of the Mid-West company that we have intended to acquire, in order to have more flexibility in our negotiation process and in our development of our acquisition strategy.

5) We made some changes in the subscription agreement.

In other hand, we keep with the intention to make an up-listing of our Company into the OTXQB or OTCQB this year. One of the requirements we have is increase the float of our stock, therefore we plan to happen after the implementation of the Reg-A offering.

About dates for the Reg-A offering, we are working to get the approval from the SEC, and once it happen will begin our marketing plan, and when the float has increased we will proceed the up-listing for our stock.
