We all got taken by Turbo. We sold the entire Walmart operation to Turbo in exchange for stock which was ‘meant’ to be worth something. The initial idea was they purchase the Walmart operation for stock that was basically worthless. Using the Walmart operation as collateral and to show a real business operation, Turbo supposedly had the financing lined up. If it were true, the stock would have gone through the roof, and everyone would have got paid. Instead Trubo never did secure the financing, and we got burned on a lot money that Turbo owed us for all the work we were doing. Turbo owes money on a couple of unopened stores, and owes us money for work we did after the deal was signed. We sued and one but there’s nothing to collect.
