It's accurate to say that MMEX will be trading sub penny - from this point on, with no end in sight. More notes cannot save them, and no more bogus promises!
Their past track record shows what they are able to do (as far as completing and building a business that generates a product and MAKING money) .... which is virtually nothing. (Raising money from shareholders and toxic notes all the time is not a real business)
