Honestly I'm only ok with Schwab because I don't really know any better.. TDA was next for me because of the L2 platform feature. But maybe I should check into etrade a bit more.
Schwab is easy, clean and basic. Perfect for me to get my feet wet, customer service has worked with me pretty well on trade violations as well as the advice to avoid making them. I really dont have anything bad to say about them besides the very occasional app crash or sometimes a bug or two after hours saying so and so service is unavailable. But it always fixes itself promptly.
