Whoopee ! Up a penny today. My initial 1st target of $1.50 area is in the crosshairs.
If it breaches that, I'll let you know what the Technicals call for nest.
Minor support at around $1.50..... first stop.

With this kind of dilution adding millions of shares along the way, I wouldn't be surprised if all those target prices by analysts will be lowered proportionately.
