IFLM share structure mathematicians how do we hit .0006 today after it starts at .0002 yesterday if the OS was not 585,867,360? Also people tossing around data about preferred shares are providing 4 year old information. We don't know the status of the preferred. Also he could have hit 50% today for all we know.

The definition of controlling interest is as follows:

Controlling interest is, by definition, at least 50% of the outstanding shares of a given company plus one

This changes in the case of voting or preferred shares but we only have data from 2015.
