They won't go silent for years just like ANCE. They'll keep dragging this out, maybe restructure or switch strategies again. Until then they will PR every marginally positive thing about ALYI, Africa, Electric Vehicles, or hemp - I agree with you there. I don't see how they are ramping up transparency and the revenue growth is only from data analytics consulting in Peru and Columbia and for the most part it has become "accounts receivable" - not cash even over several quarters. Where is the PR about how the London funding meeting went in May? Again, if it they were allowed to PR potential funding in May they should be allowed and able to have already PR'd actual funding if it happened. There is nothing in those PRs you reference that says they actually have funding or more than $41K in cash.
