Reflected in the financials has been an outstanding rate of change of expenses and revenues. When the 20 million dollar manufacturing facility is complete, they will instantly become profitable from what I can see.

It is not only typical for OTC entities to issue small amounts of shares in lieu of cash, it is expected. Of the hundreds of pink slip stocks, this one is doing outstanding, relatively.

That's why Goldman small cap research initiated a price Target on them of 09. That's 800% higher than where it is right now.

Do due diligence, but also don't ignore hidden gems. Diamonds in the rough are hard to find. Yet, when they are found, they should be sought. The alternative is missing out on a huge gain (rebound) and that's not good either.

Nobody likes missing out on a huge gain.
