The picture I posted of the land invasion was truly amazing. It gives you some idea of the planning that must have been involved for D-Day and that was only one beachhead.

I got up early today and watched the coverage on MSNBC.

Both Macron and Trump's speeches I thought explained best the history of that day 75 years ago.

Hopefully that will renew our alliances going forward.

It is too bad Putin has gone off the rails since it was Russia that lost many lives in WWII as well.

It was Stalin that begged both the UK and the US to open a second front to defeat Nazi Germany.
