hey picantel and others, don't PV and Andrew have protection through the The Private Securities Litigation Act of 1995....

So, if they spoke of hotels, lumber mills, truss manufacturing, cement, Mississppi rebuild, etc.., etc.., and none of it materialzied, say for whatever reason (North American business has slowed quite a bit, PV publically stated) then are they protected from legal action?

I do not know about this. Honest question.
