This board is to darn funny. So much confusion between board members on the toxic loan. A company with no products at all, 2 steps away from going broke, a sexual predator board member, a veterinarian scientific officer, a financial CEO expert who got the toxic loan, then tried for a reverse split, and on and on. Who in their right mind would believe this company is a good investment? How long will it take for the bag holders to realize they have been screwed? BUT, the camel talk and FUD against the company is defended by fantasy land banter over and over. It truly doesn't matter what the conversion rate is because the company is broke, and will never, ever turn that around.
