Well I think SEC give publicly traded company’s between 35-45 days to get the quarterly out. So we got the Pr stating that they had switched auditors 4-2. I’m sure they had actually switched earlier than that. They had to do the 10k and 10q. Not sure why it took so long to get the 10k out should of just been plugging numbers in. I’m guessing here it I think we get the 10q next week
