$DEVM Getting close , the HARD Work has been done

a. Devmar Equities was created for a REASON . There is insider
holding under DK Aquistions which is Mark D and Kassab, both Directors.
This has been an ongoing LARGE LEGAL Format in the making and since
conception , one would only guess at the very large monetary amount spent setting this up over the past six months.
if one was to go back to the PR release in March with Michael Brillati joining the Board , it really gives a clear definition of DEVM(below).

* Jan Legal set up for name change
* Feb name change and filing , Rick Baker added
* March more movement and addition to Board , plus more addition
to the Devmar Team
* April.. Legal filings first of month , much more work , went Current
On the OTC Markets . HIRED Boustead Securities last week of April
* May , ST Pete EDGE Baum Boutique LLC project gets final approval ,
plus first Quarter OTC reporting , OTC needed more, provided amended
report . Clearly showing that DEVM plans on taking back (in some
format) outstanding Shares and doing something with that .
Mark DeMaria and Rick Baker article out clearly stating more projects
in the works , DEVM separate identity continues from Devmar
Development with announcement moving DEVM HQ to St. Pete Florida .
EDGE Hotel well on the way for completion in construction.
* June , Vantage Ft. Myers at City Council Meeting, news articles
being posted on DD website about Vantage moving forward.
Prediction that this month is a KEY MONTH having been Six Months
since start of year and their pursuit (DEVM) on LEGAL moves to get
contact of any kind (NONE) and take their LEGAL RIGHT and recoop
Those 19+ Million shares back into the fold.
MORE TO COME IN JUNE. Once they break ground in Ft. Myers this month
with final approval will be a tipping point.

Agreed with all , at this point all holding.. some very small transactions and will need a boost . This will come and why
all are holding , to see the BOUSTEAD ( the Boost) affect , which as predicted IMO
happens this MONTH, just due to the TIME line , it has been done
for a reason on each step.. Strategy , Strategic, Planning and Execution so far by the DEVM TEAM and Support Groups .
