I've been tracking anything that looks like dilution... Trades that appear here:

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/gex-management-inc-GXXM/trades

labeled as "avg" which is when MMs like MAXM sit on the ASK with hidden endless shares being bought or there after dump into the BID with the rest of their hidden endless shares... The total share price they sold at is an average because it started off with ASK slapping but ended with BID dumping...

So for example, it looks like this (pay particular attention to the bottom of this picture below):

Note this was from 5/24/2019, and note how it correlates to the spreadsheet picture further below... I put those avg transaction down on my spreadsheet under 5/24/2019...

Also note in this picture how the dilution is missing from the volume on the chart though it says the volume for the day at that time was 234 million... That's because it shows up on level 2 twice... once as the dilution is actually being bought or sold, and once again as that "avg" prints as like a cross trade, etc... After the dilution is done and MAXM or whomever disappears... It kind of creates false volume... That's dilution and it is semi confirmable because a diluting MM like MAXM disappears right after...

The latest example appears on that link above or again it was

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/gex-management-inc-GXXM/trades

where if you look at the trade that posted today (6/6/2019) at 10:28:56... That is suspected dilution for the reason I'll explain below, and have explained above...

So this is the total count of what I've seen, not including anything today... So far for today I've just see a suspect 50,000 share trade pre market with form T (T-Trade) at $0.0002, and now just recently a 20,791,164 average trade at $0.000195 that posted as CFGN left the level 2 about 15 minutes or so ago... But not including today's dilution, this is what I've seen as far as suspect dilution since the last 10Q which gave us a fixed point of reference on the OS as then 789 something million:

This shows why I think the OS is/was around 1.6 billion...

forgive the picture, the columns kind of collapsed as I shrunk it to get a full screen shot, so the collapsed columns kind of cut off part of the words in some of the cells - but you should still be able to make out what it is saying and get the idea...

Again notice how the above picture from 5/24/2019 correlates to my records for 5/24/2019 on this psreadsheet...

I also just noticed MAXM left the ASK on level 2 now, so I suspect soon another AVG trade will show up at that link again real soon... There's like a 15 minute delay... So soon I will put these AVG trades into my spreadsheet which helps keep a rough count of dilution...
