What's on the bid means nothing in relation to what the OS or float is (Float = OS - restricted shares (there are just over 55 million restricted shares)... The bid could be infinite... If every person on earth put in a bid to buy 10 shares right now there'd be over 80 billion shares on the bid... The AS is only 30 billion so the OS is less than or equal to that... As of now I show the OS being 1.6 billion ish...

In fact on the BID you have MAXM, ALPS, CFGN, and PAUL showing hidden endless share blocks of 10,000... So they by themselves increase the BID by however many shares they're actually trying to buy and not revealing...

I'd be willing to bet they're the first to fill any $0.0001s being dumped into the BID as well since they are always showing $0.0001 on the BID even when this stock was at $0.0056... And again, you have no idea how many shares they're actually trying to buy....

I'd be most concerned when they fall off the $0.0001 BID... If that happens, then I'd believe the no bid hype is coming once whatever retail BIDs left to exist are filled...

Only shares on the ASK represent shares that actually exist... In order to be on the ASK you have to own those shares... They have to exist already (except in dilution cases I guess)...
