You’ve all done some great research. However, I think you are digging into this to deeply. The TA would have never blocked these shares and risked being sued if they had any legitimacy to them. I can’t picture any judge deciding in the Chinese favor. What a legal mess that would create. They have a better chance of suing the people who owned the shell before Jason.
