It's hard to bring evidence when the company is suppressing all information about the company. There is no information from which to gain information

I'd have to answer, YES. That is my opinion, because he has not given sharehlders any information, whatsoever, about what is going on with the company and its operations. Yes, I believe he IS a master at keeping secrets. Wouldn't you agree with that?
