I understand business very well; it all points to a Hempistry reverse merger :)

Jimmy and John should have just come out and said, K&J is buying SGMD for $20 million and the deal/RM will be sealed whenever the Bizright deal is complete.

The Bizright boys might be aware of this and are now playing hardball. This fresh billion dollar industry spawns a lot of greed. The Bizright boys might want a bigger piece of the pie...hence all the delays. Which isn't just about audits...these fools are still in negotiation mode.
