I have a question about the use of the phrase "naysayer fluff" in a post.

Does the above phrase fall within the TOU?

The term "pumpers" is widely accepted as being within the TOU.
I believe the term "basher" is a violation of the TOU when applied to an individual. Is it unacceptable when used as a descriptive term for the negative posters as a group. If not what is an acceptable term to describe the negative group when used as a general term?

I'm asking for guidance as a mod on a board where this phrase has shown up.
Here is a post example of its use.

Communication with substantiation of real expansion plans and movement to full production by the company's director today trumps naysayer fluff, is what you're seeing. Nothing weird about it.

"The delightful and ever-novel pleasure of a useless occupation."
