The first article was nothing short of criminal. The timing of the story speaks volumes. It's libelous intent was transparent. Petar was disgusted...he sought a retraction from them. You couldn't blame him for a second for his anger. He wanted them to make amends. He was counseled to wait on going forward with the audited financials when he sought legal advice.
Mercury in retrograde can produce some bizarre twists and turns.
Mercifully, it ended last night. As it ends... you can watch for the reversal of all of this.
Never underestimate this influence. Happens three times a year for a few weeks at a time. You can blame that event more than anything else right now.
You can blame this reporter as well. Bashers moved in on this board and whipped sentiment into a selling frenzy. Market makers took advantage and walked the price down to induce panic sells. The shake out that followed allowed them to cover some of their clients shorts. Those people can get down on their knees and thank this reporter. I'm sure they just might have.
The second article was a classic attempt to make amends under pressure. It was still slanted. It was still negative. In my book it was still libelous. Over time, we'll learn more as why he did this hatchet job on him. I have my own take on why he attacked him. It was malicious. It was intentionally malicious.
The financials move back to center stage once again. I trust we'll all see them shortly. He waited for a retraction. The paper failed to make amends. Tragic they continued to cover themselves like that, but now it's time to let the issue rest. Bring on those audited financials. This low share price will soon be a distant memory.
My confidence isn't shaken in the least. I'm irritated again only with his legal counsel. My true disgust though, is with this particular reporter for that delay. What his paper allowed was truly shameful if not in fact criminal.
This contined delay doesn't mean a thing, unless you sold at this price. Speaking of which... Do you think you could have bought at this price?
Professionals continue to bash this stock. They've here now. They've been here from day one. They assembled one powerful crew to work here. Remember their purpose again tonight.
For now, I blame only the poor regulatory rules in place in pinkyland. I blame this reporter for his sad agenda. I totally sympathize with Petar and his justifiable anger. I blame his innocence. He's an incredibly sincere man dealing with his pride. It's been wounded unfairly. I'll never blame him for his trying to seek immediate justice. He's doing what he can to that end and operating with the advice of others for now with this delay.
Soon enough SLJB will be on the Nasdaq... maybe then I'll consider giving a few shares back.
Till then..long and strong every one of my 2.6 million shares.
