In this case the convertable shares only cn be converted at the HIGHER of $5.00 USD a share and the closing price when converted less 15% discount. The common stock when deal was made closed @ $2.34 USD the night before they announced the deal in Florida.
I firmly believe the stock price now does not reflect the future potential of GGB. I also think IMHO that the stock has been heavily shorted.
It may take some time for the bulls to regain momentum but when it happens the stock will fly.
