They issue reports on a regular basis that have shown for many months there is no large short position in erhe stock. Unfortunately, a small circle of investors continues to circulate unsubstantiated rumors of offshore shorting and a looming short squeeze even though since they began over 4 years ago they have remained unfulfilled and erhe continues to trade near zero.
