Call them excuses if you want, but they're plausible reasons in my view:

1) Clinics were not opened in March or April due to permitting hangups.

//////What permitting agency doesn't frequently cause delays?

$INND in process of catching up. $INND has the areas & most importantly the Key Staff picked out for additional areas in SF Bay Area. These are just some small growing pains that are being resolved while we grow to 116 locations from Seattle to San Diego over the next few years.

2) NEXUS had some programming issues.

//////Better to be late than launch and have to immediately send out a software update or even worse have a recall.

Because we are working with outside Vendors, Technology Partners, R&D team all around the world from the APP, Software & Hardware. Hard to get a FIRM Date, currently targeting end of June. We will keep everyone posted on the timing since the NEXUS is our Game Changing Product.

3) Supplements and CBD oil shipments are delayed.

//////This was a third party issue that was out of Innerscope's hands.

We are working with reputable 3rd party vendors. They give us the original ETAs and we have paid our deposits, then pay the rest when they are ready to ship out. The vendors always give us a 4 to 6 week gap window & they are taking every last second to send the product to us.
