If "one" part of the contract is void or unenforcable, then the entire contract is void and unenforcable.
The courts wont "parse out" the contract and say, "ok Hera was unconstitutional" and the NWS is void. But the warrants are valid. The contract is either legal and binding or its not. Its not partially legal and partially illegal.
