I would have gone to court to fight as they are doing with the other loan

They did not have to issue the shares until a court had addressed

I do not know how this money was borrowed and where the borrowed money went to

This could have been negotiated much better

As someone just posted this company is run by doctors not business people

They need a BOD that as a team make much better decisions
