With the higher # of shares & the litany of promises that SGMD will ride into investor Shangrila, looks like Jimmy & friends are the only ones holding fistful of $$$$$$. Just another garden variety Pump & Dump, next stop R/S, where the boys & girls{Jimmy} in management will be able to fully clean out your closet, but will @ least leave you the
