They don’t have any hemp battery patents and although they were supposed to have had a financing meeting in London in May, they have not PRd any results which for this PR focused company means no financing happened. They have no cash. Just accumulated millions of back pay owed to its one employee Torno and one board member Bollen. See the financials in theotcmarkets.com where the cash is basically 0, they have a huge liability for back pay, and patent assets went to 0 after they had no cash to pay Air Products for lithium patents (they NEVER had hemp patents just a development program that since there has been no PR of results we can assume went nowhere with this PR heavy firm). The disclosure document lists lithium patents but they have disappeared from the balance sheet and it is clear the disclosure document is not updated as they had actually PRd letting these patents lapse and it also says that the CEO is “expected” to get his PhD in 2017. Their partner ANCE, with the same CEO at the time, Randy Torno, had also promised a $500,000 contract in Kenya in 2017 and nothing has happened and ANCE went dark in filing financials and PRs and is currently skull and cross bone status on theotcmarkets.
