K&J could get their 138,000,000 shares right now for $3.7 million; that's a deep discount from $20 million. But if they are more focused on shares than on saving money, they could get 740,000,000 shares for their $20 million. Seeing how there's only 681,000,000 shares outstanding, K&J can just own 100% of the company for that $20 million.

Just venting a little bit. LOL. I hope I'm wrong, but if deals aren't closed by the end of the month...flag just got redder.
