Discover filed today an opposition to Immune's request to extend the bk plan submission 3 months. In it they say they intend to file a motion to ask the Court to convert to a Chapter 7 liquidation. They also mentioned that:
"The proposed sale of the Ceplene Assets was moved on extremely shortened notice,but has been stymied by the repeated inability of Vector Therapeutics, Inc., the proposed buyer,to fund the purchase price."
So it looks like Tepper has still not been able to come with the funds- hopefully he will have it on June 11th. And of course they also mentioned that they are owed $14,848,569. If Immune actually had to pay that I don't see shareholders getting anything, but I cant fathom the Court allowing that.
