They have several needs. First to placate investors. They need to increase the steepness of the sales curve. Currently it is being marketed as a specialty product. At some point it will be a generalist product and need consumer push as well. When and how they do this will be critical. This can be done with limited sales force to solve the burn rate issue.

Finally they need to balance this with developing the larger RA market.

I have looked at the business.

It can be done if they are smart.
