I'm not quite sure why Pride month was picked to be such a catalyst other than hopeful PR's being released which by the way we are still at the very beginning of. when it is spelled out very simply in the filings that 4th quarter will be the release of the ETF. You can reference past posts. I still dont think much will happen until procure produces filings that state the inception of the ETF.
Please someone tell me what they were expecting? Was it promotion of a non existent ETF?
