I've pretty much stuck a fork in this one, but I'm still curious as to why Shewe would loan the company so much money over the past years, albeit at a very favorable PPS, That I have to wonder what his end game is. ??
I know he has gotten shares at a disscounted price, but he is required to file every time he sells. Is he not ?.

By now he must be a majority shareholder.
Is he just trying to take over the company for his own future plans ??

Still a few things going on that intrigue me, but my investment is gone as far as I am concerned.
