I'm not sure what the company has planned for financing moving forward. Exercising the R/S in combination with further toxic dilution removes all hope from remainder shareholders.

As far as the issues with taxes, hydro and unpaid debts. Those seem to be clearing up and likely with the help of a private investor. That is a great sign for a company clearly growing its asset base.

Seamus has been clear this is a longer term plan to rebuild there previously bankrupt hospitals. So all that matters now is an update on how they intend to raise cash going forward to support operations

The recent swarm of media negativity and company silence is interesting. Let see how it continues to resolve.
