Yup, company is smart though, they did the smart thing. They are taking profits by diluting while the buzz was just beginning, rather than running this up to .02 and everyone else taking profits and moving on to the next play leaving not much volume for the company to dilute into.

Doesn't matter if this is at .0001 or .001 or .01, it's all free money for them.
