The partner seems to be the company of his wife. The total balance of approx USD 160.000 is just a service fee for the development. Further IP rights are sold and a usage of it will cost GL 4% of the revenues. Bad Deal in my eyes. Looks like a loan. ;))) Nobody is buying in this terrific news.
