Yes Pro-Life, absolutely right. It can be seen in the image from your post that somebody tried to do a paint job selling 20,000 shares @ 0.0128 (US$256) when I was buying 500,000 shares slapping the ask at 0.013 and 0.0132.

But fortunately the paint job didn't work for them and the real buy of 500,000 shares for $US 6,529.94 prevailed.
