I'm not sure whats going on. I never seen anything like it.
Its the perfect storm. The company "Looses" and terminates all contracts. increases the AS and the price drops to trip 000's All the shares they released are being picked up by who??? Maybe the old owners? PR 345?
They take over the company and start at the bottom with most of the shares and no debt once all notes are paid off. All of us sell thinking this is worth nothing and they get all the shares for next to nothing.

The uglier they make it the better. By not updating us means they get more shares from us. All they are doing is staying quiet and catching all the shares everyone is dumping.

If they hired a good IR firm and did minimal work they could have kept this in the pennies and diluted much higher. It seems like all is going to plan if you wanted to run the price down and did not give a $hit about share holder value. However at the same time it could create much higher share holder value in the long term. Unfortunately most of us will be long gone and never touch this turd again. fortunately for me my average is now .0005 and i'm willing to wait it out. What I find promising is they released a 10-q and did not go dark. Almost like they need this to come back to life quick.
