Ranzy, your positive, rah rah, rehtoric, can be percieved just the same. Perhaps you shouldn't be so judgemental here, since this is a forum board and point counter point IS allowed.

People have the right to question a ceo validity and past transgressions of a company officer are ignored only by the unwise and uninitiated 'investor'.

It may also be true, that the pink and otc arena may actually favor the short and day traders... as long holders have historically shown lower odds of profit over the haul.

If one is in for the long 'haul', it's only prudent to investigate past histories of companies and officers... A BIG negative for me is never having any "audited" financials to file. That can't possibly be put into a positive view. A straight up filing company has nothing to hide. No excuse for non-audits. As I've always stated, Tfn is a real deal at this time, Bkmp is the holding company and the sooner that the Tfn brand is the masthead and bkmp is dissolved or merged... the better for any shareholder able to survive all the reverse split crap that seems to be coming down.

One last direct comment about bkmp... Who would issue 170 trillion preferred, then not say a single word as to why or what is going on...?? NOT a legitimate company IMO... which may be why bkmp is still a otc or less stock.......
and please refrain from the naked short crap...NO PENNY COMPANY has ever shown nss nor taken down the big bad shorters and MM's.
