otcmarkets.com has a shell risk listed with verified profile, and transfer agent verified. It indicates that the company displays characteristics common to shell companies. The designation is made at OTC Markets' sole and absolute discretion based on analysis of the company's annual financial data.
They are now getting the suspicion of otc markets. Dragging this out so long may effect up list approval. Hope not.
