I went to the shareholder meeting recently and while I do think a year or two XKEM will make shareholders happy, I realized something after I came back and saw the PPS drop again which I didn't expect it to do.

Right now they have lost investor confidence to a great degree. I'm not saying the PPS will tank or anything. I just don't think it will take off anytime soon. Their focus is entirely on getting that drug into the hands of the people that need it. They feel that if they do that everything else will fall into place. Long term they are probably right but short term it will keep the PPS down.

If they did not dilute into the run I think .50 or even 1.00 were not only possible but likely. They saw the dollars and grabbed them. It would have made much greater sense to wait because they could have diluted at a much higher PPS and as a result diluted much less in order to raise the same amount of cash. We would have ended up with a much higher base than the current PPS.

In the case of CKYS it seems like they have an equall focus on protecting shareholder value as they do on business development.

My posts are my opinion, make your own decisions. And remember, all fear is an illusion.
