Read the 8Ks and look at otc markets. “Manofthepeople” has been posting this same exact post every day for the last 6 months disrupting the board. He claims that the CEO has been diluting and is under SEC investigation. He doesn’t provide links or proof of either. I can not provide links to proof that the CEO is NOT under investigation because the SEC doesn’t tell people who they are Not investigating.

The burden of proving the (non existent) SEC investigation lies on ManofThePeople.

As far as his claims of dilution, the company has had 109,000,000 shares in the float since at least 2016 (4 yrs) they just updated this on 5/16/2019. So, if the company is diluting shares they aren’t doing a very good job since they haven’t sold any shares into the float in 4 years.
