To the Board IPKL looks interesting humm If I am correct they are about 3 Million in Debt during the last reporting year and have no earnings. However with this JV is it expected to become ? what a builder of a new plant over the next 2 years ? Is that somewhere near correct?.
I see no time-line related to any profit ? any info on that anyone ?
It looks as if the mainstay of the company is the vast amount of float (350,000,000) and the upcoming JV.
Is further dilution expected to finance this new plant?
I am intersted in investing however I don't want to invest just on the hopes for a small rise related to just JV compleated ? because then what.
Perhaps a stock buyback with the stock retired after the JV would bring a rise to the PPS.
