Based on my recent visits to Tempe and Tucson, and asking folks that have historically worked with me in visiting, assisting, and supporting JB and BORK, I make the following observation; Currently, I have no evidence that either BORK or JB are actively progressing or heavily involved in the traditional business of BORK. Those who are financial benefactors, either directly or indirectly (indirectly being those not financially dealing directly with JB, CJ, or BORK in capital infusions, have had no contact for a long time, and consider their investments, loans, etc worthless. Those who were buyers of stock have similar beliefs. Most of the pool of shareholders I spoke with each have greater than one million shares.

We are, however, of common mind on one issue......we all wish our current observations are proven incorrect.
