proftstocksny2; Please provide any proof that the assets are in fact in the company that we own shares in, SLJB! The proof doesn't exist! Now if the AF's exist and are made public and show that in fact they do not exist, that the previous issued PR's, financial statements etc are fraudulant then all, meaning, Steve Sulja, Petar V and whoever else is involved are going to prison! I say IF because no one has seen the AF's. No one has seen a company balance sheet. Back in may Steve Sulja stated a respected third party had completed the audit. Has that ever been produced for the shareholders to see?
The land was for the Colchester development. Why involve his wife? That doesn't pass the smell test to me!

"Parent companies". What does that mean? Conslutech is the parent company of SLJB. Read it a bunch of times. SLJB is it's own corporation so why does it need a parent....unless the parent gets all of the assets! Every time I have read parent company it just hasn't felt right! It feels even worse when the "parent company" is private! Like you said Vista is supposedly the "parent company" of Consultech! What does that mean? I sure as hell don't know. This again just doesn't pass the smell test! What about Kore International! Why all of the different companies....just don't know but it doesn't smell or look right anymore!
My gut says someone who knew there wasn't going to be a release of the AF's shorted big time. Many posters were stating the trading pattern wasn't looking right leading up to November 15th. The stock price crashed on Thursday morning because of one thing only and that is the AF's not being posted on the 15th! Most didn't even know about the Windsor Star article! It dropped from .09 to .01 instantly! Huge sell right at the open!
