Yessir HMB, and with Vystar acquiring Rotmans, the change in control on all the inherent Rotmans to Vystar leases involved(trucks, warehousing, properties etc.) does still have to be appropriately vetted and signed off on by auditors/attorneys representing all companies involved...which VYST already informed us has been completed now with only 1 remaining lease sign off remaining to get squared away...and with all that we already know is occurring behind the scenes on the Rotmans/VYST integration front, logic strongly suggests that there may have been a slight lease change involved of some manner, form or nature...especially since we know for a fact that the Georgia operations of 1 of VYST's subsidiaries were already moved to MA over the past several weeks, which along with the new Vytex Mattress lines we know are being rolled out on a national scale soon, could've resulted in CEO Rotman looking into additional properties over the past 3+ months we've been patiently awaiting Rotmans right cheers!
