There has been a small amount of dilution, but on a larger front, this is and has been under a manipulation attack. Through cross trading and strategically dumping blocks into the bid, while overwhelming the ask; she/it/they are trying to stimulate a sell off to buy back the shares that you bought from her/it/them for .0006, .0005, and .0004, at a much lower price of .0002. No telling for sure how long the storm will last, but they win, when you sell the shares back to them for less than you paid for the shares that you bought them.
